Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships across SKLD’s trading and manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions that support sustainable business growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 5–8 years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles (trading/manufacturing preferred) Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals Strong market analysis, negotiation, and relationship management skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, finance) Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
