Business Development Executive (Deposit & Investment)

We're seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to drive growth and expand our presence. The ideal candidate will have a degree, 2+ years of experience in generating liabilities and fixed deposits, and a proven track record of success in business development and marketing. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our liabilities and fixed deposits portfolio Major Role is Achieving Targets on Monthly basis and retaining balance of agreed targets for investments. Reach out to HNIs for investment & fixed deposit Generate leads for financial products or services. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions Develop and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities Performance Management: set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as lead quotas and conversion rates, analyze performance metrics, and report on team results to senior management. Collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team. Process Improvement: optimize sales processes, implement best practices, and ensure the effective use of sales tools, including CRM and sales engagement software, for tracking and management. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree or relevant certification may be advantageous. Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B or client-facing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to clients. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
