Business Accounts & Administration Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES FINANCE: Responsible for the “Procure-to-Pay process” on SAP Monthly preparation of the company’s financial waterfall. Prepare Monthly and Yearly Budget forecasting (CAPEX). Weekly reconciliation of VCNL Capex Nigeria Actuals and Commitment. Monthly RIA and IT Tracker reconciliation and submission. Monthly LE submission on Anaplan Audit financial transactions and documents Monthly preparation of the company’s financial waterfall. Analyzing and reclassifying the project expenses to ensure sustainability and management of the company’s funds and assets respectively. Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders. Oversee and Reconcile Accounts payable and receivable functions Monthly Follow-up with Labour broker to ensure all taxes (PAYE & PENSION) are remitted. ADMIN Monthly preparation of the People headcount Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently. Confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information by completing database backups. And every other administrative duty. MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Hands on Accounting tools; SAP, Anaplan, Ariba Supplier’s SAP, Aerchain and AGE. Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to present concepts, ideas, and results for team members and clients. Strong written and oral communications skills. Experience in analyzing, identifying, collecting, and documenting requirements. Experience in coordinating activities to scope and schedule. People management and administration skills
