Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Branding Executive to lead and execute our Out-of-Home (OOH) branding strategy. This role is pivotal in delivering strong, high-impact brand visibility across prime locations and public spaces. The ideal candidate will plan, supervise, and maintain outdoor brand assets, including billboards, signage, transit advertising, and building branding, ensuring every placement is visually compelling and aligned with brand excellence. You will also take ownership of vendor engagement, site evaluation, and installation supervision, negotiating effectively to secure premium branding opportunities while maintaining cost efficiency. Success in this role requires strong coordination, negotiation, and quality control skills to ensure all outdoor brand assets consistently reflect top-tier standards in high-visibility environments. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute OOH branding campaigns (billboards, signage, transit ads, etc.) Identify and secure high-visibility locations to maximize brand exposure Supervise installation of branding materials and ensure quality standards Conduct site inspections to ensure proper placement, visibility, and durability Manage and negotiate with vendors, media owners, and installation partners Monitor and maintain all outdoor branding assets to ensure top condition Conduct periodic brand visibility audits across locations Track performance and provide insights on branding effectiveness Maintain records of locations, contracts, and maintenance schedules Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of HND qualification 3–5 years relevant experience in branding, advertising, or marketing Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to identify high-value branding opportunities Excellent coordination and project management abilities Solid understanding of brand identity and visual communication What Success Looks Like in This Role : Strong brand presence across prime, high-traffic locations High-quality and visually compelling outdoor installations Cost-effective media placements through strategic negotiation Well-maintained and impactful brand assets Measurable contribution to brand visibility and recognition
