Job Summary We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand and Marketing Officer to strengthen our market presence and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting sales initiatives across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies aligned with company goals. Plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. Manage and grow the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and events. Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners. Maintain the company’s online presence and optimize digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, etc.). Requirements 2–5 years of proven experience in branding and marketing roles. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
