Branch Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Lekki. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the clinic, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional patient service. Key responsibilities include monitoring clinic performance, implementing efficiency strategies, overseeing budgets, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves leading and motivating the team towards achieving operational goals while upholding the clinic’s commitment to superior eye care. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team coordination and fostering employee growth Strategic and operational planning experience, particularly in healthcare or clinic settings Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with patients Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic situations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinic management software Experience in the healthcare or eye care industry is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field preferred A commitment to outstanding patient care and service delivery
