Description
New Ark LP is seeking a smart, commercially minded Lawyer to join the Firm. The role involves corporate and commercial advisory, litigation support, investor and transaction advisory, real estate documentation, legal drafting, research, and client management. This is a remote/field-based role , requiring the successful candidate to work independently while also attending court, client meetings, property inspections, registries, and other external assignments as required. Required Skills Strong legal drafting and contract review skills Sound knowledge of Nigerian corporate, commercial, litigation, and real estate practice Excellent legal research and analytical ability Good advocacy and dispute-resolution skills Strong communication and client-management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organisational ability Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
