Job Summary The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence within the assigned territories. The role involves leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key customers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across the designated regions. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, telecommunications, or consumer goods. Proven experience in territory management and sales team supervision. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Good knowledge of the assigned regional markets in Nigeria. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Must be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
