JOB SUMMARY The Architect at Fhemfel Group will be responsible for developing and delivering functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective architectural designs for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves collaborating with other inhouse Architects and project teams to ensure that all designs align with the company’s vision, client expectations, and regulatory standards, while maintaining efficiency from concept through construction Key Responsibilities Design & Concept Development Develop architectural concepts for residential and commercial developments in line with Fhemfel Group’s standards and project briefs. Prepare conceptual designs, 3D models, and high-quality renderings for presentations and client approvals. Produce detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and local authority requirements. Planning & Technical Documentation Develop efficient space planning solutions that optimize functionality and value for real estate projects. Prepare comprehensive working drawings and construction documentation. Review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants. Material & Specification Selection Recommend and specify suitable building materials and finishes that align with project budgets and quality standards. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for material selection, samples, and approvals. Project Coordination Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to detent. Identify and resolve design-related issues on site, escalating complex matters when necessary. Budget & Timeline Management Ensure designs are developed within approved budgets and timelines. Support cost estimation, feasibility assessments, and value engineering processes. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 3–5+ years’ experience in architectural design, preferably within a real estate or construction firm Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar software Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building systems, and regulatory requirements Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills Strong design and visualization skills Competencies Attention to detail Problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
