Agric Farm Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations in Gambari, Ibadan. The ideal candidate will have pure agricultural experience, particularly in plantation and large-scale farming, and will be responsible for driving productivity, sustainability, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage crop production activities including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting. Supervise farm workers and oversee general farm operations and equipment maintenance. Monitor crop performance, soil health, and implement improvement strategies. Manage farm budgets, control costs, and maintain accurate operational records. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and agricultural regulations. Market farm produce and liaise with relevant agricultural stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field. 2–3 years of relevant farm management experience. Strong knowledge of plantation and commercial farming operations. Good leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in farm management tools and modern agricultural practices. Willingness to work on-site in Gambari, Ibadan.
