Role Summary We are seeking a proactive Administrative Specialist to provide administrative, protocol, and logistics support for office operations and executive activities. The role involves coordinating vendors, managing logistics for visiting staff, and serving as a liaison with government and consular offices. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with vendors and ensure service delivery in line with SLAs. Oversee office and residence operations, including maintenance and expense management. Supervise drivers, manage vehicles, and ensure proper documentation and maintenance. Coordinate protocol and logistics for staff and executives, including airport and hotel arrangements. Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consular offices on regulatory and immigration matters. Support travel logistics, flight bookings, and timely payment of related expenses. Oversee Abuja-based support staff and manage consumables and office supplies. Provide general administrative support and handle assigned tasks. Requirements HND/BSc in a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role. Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency.
