Responsibilities Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office operations Prepare, update, and manage official records and correspondence Ensure submission of reports and documentation Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and evets. Assist with staff attendance records Maintain updated staff & student files. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required. Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic). Assist in coordinating office activities and operations. Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Support HR and management with documentation and staff records. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or training. Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department. Requirements Must possess at least a B.Sc, B.Ed, or HND, in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or other related fields from reputable institutions. Must possess at least 2 years of cognate experience working as an administrator/ marketer. Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
