Job Purpose Our client is a growing player in the interior design and construction supply space, offering high-quality interior products tailored to modern building needs. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting clients within the construction and interior dedustry. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, managing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic selling. Key Roles & Responsibilities Business Development & Pipeline Building Identify and target potential clients including contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline Prospect through site visits, referrals, networking, and digital platforms Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth Present and promote interior design products to prospective clients Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow through to close sales Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business Provide product advice and solutions tailored to client needs Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Market Intelligence & Feedback Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences Provide insights to management to support product positioning and pricing Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Liaise with marketing to support lead generation initiatives Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in sales (experience in construction, interior design, or building materials is a strong advantage) Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to build relationships with professionals in construction and design sectors Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Results-driven with strong commercial awareness Excellent communication and persuasion skills Networking and relationship-building ability Problem-solving and customer-centric mindset High level of initiative and accountability
