Production Quality & Materials Control Specialist (Construction Chemicals)

This role is critical in ensuring that raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products meet strict technical and quality standards. From laboratory testing to process monitoring and documentation, the ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining product integrity and operational efficiency. What we’re looking for: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field 1–5 years of experience in QC/QS within construction chemicals, paints, adhesives, coatings, or building materials manufacturing Hands-on experience with laboratory testing equipment and quality control parameters Strong understanding of construction chemical formulations and testing standards Ability to interpret Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and batch formulations Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
