Key Responsibilities Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their MD’s attention. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments,controlling access to the MD. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. Organising events and conferences. Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Managing databases and filing systems. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Collating and filing expenses. Managing social media pages for the MD. Qualifications. Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Personal Assistant. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Social media management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
