Night Nurse In Charge

Requirements ​Minimum Qualifications Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN). Valid practising license from the Nursing Council of Kenya. Minimum of five (5) years’ nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role in a busy hospital environment. Skills Required Strong clinical leadership and decision-making ability. Excellent patient assessment and critical care coordination skills. Ability to lead and motivate nursing teams during high-pressure situations. Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills. Ability to manage emergencies and escalate issues appropriately.
