Mixologist/ Bartender

Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards. Create and recommend cocktails, signature drinks, and beverage pairings to enhance the customer experience. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing excellent service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and equipment. Monitor stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies and report shortages when necessary. Ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Work closely with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth bar operations. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink recipes, and beverage presentation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of bar equipment, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service.
