Job Summary Responsible for veterinary medicines sales and marketing, collections and overall customer service satisfaction in the Central Rift Nakuru. Key Responsibilities Developing and executing Sales and Marketing action plans to achieve set qualitative and quantitative targets. Identifying and recruiting new customers. Identifying Business Growth Areas for existing portfolio. Distributor Account Management. Technical Product Trainings to the Distributor Technical Staff and animal health professionals. Collation and Preparation of Monthly Sales, Cumulative Sales performance and Product performance reports. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Animal Health or Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery with a maximum of 3 years' experience in Veterinary Pharmaceutical sales. Licenced and Retained (2025) by the Kenya Veterinary Board. Competencies Strategic thinker. Great interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer management. Creativity, Adaptability, ability to multi-task. Ability to research on market trends.
