Roles and Responsibilities Infrastructure management

• design, implement and maintain the hospital’s ICT infrastructure
• networks, servers, hardware and software System optimization
• oversee hospital information system (HIS), electronic health records and billing systems to ensure efficiency Cyber security and compliance
• implement IT security policies, ensure compliance with data protection act and manage cyber security threats. Strategic leadership
• develop IT strategies aligned with hospital strategic plan Manage ICT department budget Support and training
• lead the ICT team in providing technical support and conduct staff training on system usage Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field At least 3 years work experience in a health care set up Technical skills in networking, server administration and database management
