Academic Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field Professional Certification
- CPA (Intermediate and above) ACCA, CFA. Credit management certification is an added advantage Experience
- At least 3years in a busy financial environment, specifically in credit analysis, lending or debt recovery Regulations Knowledge
- In-depth and sound knowledge of statutory regulations or CBK guidelines Technical Knowledge
- understanding of credit risk management, loan documentation and KYC procedures Key skills and attributes Analytical skills
- ability to analyze financial data and make sound decisions Communication
- Excellent written and verbal skills for communication with clients Report Writing
- good acumen for producing diverse reports Negotiation
- ability to manage delinquent accounts and handle loan restructuring Software proficiency
- experience with banking systems and MOS Integrity
- high level of ethical behavior
