Volunteering Job in Ghana

Job Description The volunteer will accompany virtually a team of social innovators and local government in Ghana as they work on developing a collective systems-change strategy to address a pressing problem in their city. The project is part of the Ayni Community of Local Innovators, an initiative co-led by Ashoka and three Ashoka Fellows to advance transformational change in cities through collaborative systems innovation. The volunteer will work with a facilitator and will support facilitating the virtual work sessions with the social innovators and local government leader. The volunteer will play an essential role in translating various systems-change tools into French and the various virtual work sessions. The volunteer will have the opportunity to learn about systems-change innovation and human-centered design. Volunteer Logistics Estimated hours required per week: 5 The estimated duration of the project is: 3-6 months This position is Virtual Language Requirements French Desired Skills And Experience English fluency; Native fluency in French Translation experience required Interest in learning about systems innovation and human centered design Great Communication skills
