Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Director of Marketing & Sales Strategy to join our dynamic team at a leading all-in-one app company in Ghana. As the Director of Marketing & Sales Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our app platform across various sectors. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a robust marketing and sales strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for the all-in-one app. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and target audience segments for effective marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Define the company's brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to ensure consistent and compelling communication across all marketing and sales channels. Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising. Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and prioritize target sectors and establish strategic partnerships with businesses to expand the app's service offerings. Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and maximize revenue generation. Utilize data analytics and customer insights to optimize marketing and sales initiatives, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions. Manage a team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive their professional growth and ensure effective execution of strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and partners to enhance the app's visibility and credibility in the market. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and sales to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in a senior marketing or sales leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning and execution. Strong expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing and sales strategies in the technology, mobile apps, or digital platforms industry. Solid understanding of various marketing channels and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising. Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of analytics and metrics to measure and optimize marketing and sales performance. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
