About The Job MPower Ventures is looking for an independent and entrepreneurial Content Associate. This is an exciting opportunity in a fascinating and rapidly growing field with a leading impact start-up. The Main Tasks of the Content Associate are Summarized Below: Social media creations (Linkedin, Facebook, Whatsapp Business, GoogleAds) Maintaining project references file and managing picture library Design promo materials (flyers, clothing etc.), pitch deck and marketing material Support marketing manager in training local marketing teams The Required Skills and Experience for the Position are Summarized below: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus) Experience creating designs and basic copywriting skills Experience managing social media accounts (4+ years) Digital mindset that has extensive work experience with digital tools (social media, Canva, GDrive etc.) Team player and eager to learn new tools and roll-up sleeves to get the job done Entrepreneurial and creative mindset The position is available immediately and targeting experienced professionals in one of the markets (Lusaka, Accra, Yaounde, Lomé). We have a strong interest in building a long-lasting relationship that can lead to a full-time position.
