About The Job Description: The Compensation Intern will be supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager with Employee wide compensation related queries. Assist in the planning and implementing of assigned projects. Maintaining accurate records and documents related to compensation as per established processes. Data tracking and accurate report presentations. Requirements: We are looking for people that are willing to learn, intuitive, enjoys working with numbers, and collaborative skills with the below qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or any related Social Sciences field of study Skilled use of Microsoft Excel A recent graduate with not more than one (1) year experience
