About The Job Role Purpose: The Base Management and Commercial Performance Analyst (BMCA) role is the custodian of the Revenue, Subscriber and Usage reports and other key performance reports which will cover all activities across the Fixed broadband, Wireless Broadband, Voice, Gaming and Café customer base and revenue performance indicators Position Summary: Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring performance on subscribers, with key emphasis on subscriber base performance which can be distributed to a variety of stakeholder groups

  • including senior management, the Fixed Business team, Finance and Technology business partners
  • to inform business decisions and strategy formulation. The output of the candidate should influence decision making in CBU and help in creating tangible (revenue) value. Revenue forecast from weekly performance review and identifying any potential variances for early remedial action Product Assessment Reports which should provide management on the viability and sustainability course of action Effective planning of consumer budget review points Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership: Development and reporting of Customer KPI’s Ensuring the production of regular reports on Business KPI performance, Monitor/Analyse and report revenue and consumer KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and track trends. (all legs of service revenue- ARPU, MOU, PPM, PPMB, Daily RGS, 30 days RGS as well as subscriber level reporting
  • Recharge/Payment per sub, MOU/VOLUME per sub. The aforementioned would cover national/regional and territory level with appropriate KPIs Ownership of all Database and campaign analysis and reporting Set and deliver on key performance indicators for channel communication Be abreast of drivers and insights behind revenue and customer performance and ensuring data, insight and results are communicated to key stakeholders and the wider business and providing advice on learnings and how to improve going forward Liaise with the insights, experience centre and sales teams in gathering information on the business, competition and the total industry and responsible to provide the business with regular and up-to-date customer insight with relevant KPIs to enable more effective decision making Be the CBU SPOC in aligning with Finance on Performance reports and presentations for OPCOM, EXCO and other related gathering Work closely with the Finance/Business development and Portfolio manager in product deep dive to unearth growth Continuous retrospective view on actual performance on Products and services to assess whether they are in line with revenue expectations or Forecasts Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience: Strong Verbal and Written communication skills Ability to show thought-leadership and take initiative with little supervision and direction Commercially focused and very comfortable with financial data Proven stakeholder management and collaborative working ability Proactive, with strong personal dri
