We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in warehouse logistics for a client in the food production industry. This assignment will run from 1 April to 31 December 2026 and is based on-site in Karlshamn at 80% capacity.

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead a strategic warehouse logistics project aimed at improving efficiency, structure, and operational flow within the organization’s warehouse operations.

The role requires strong leadership and coordination across multiple departments including warehouse operations, supply chain, IT, and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring clear project governance, progress tracking, and communication with senior leadership.

You are a highly experienced project manager with a strong background in logistics and operational environments. You are comfortable managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Lead a major strategic warehouse project from planning through implementation

• Establish clear project structure, timeline, and follow-up processes

• Coordinate activities between warehouse operations, supply chain, IT, and other relevant departments

• Manage project risks, progress, and reporting to steering groups and senior management

• Drive improvements in warehouse efficiency, structure, and operational flows

• 8–10+ years of project management experience

• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects within warehouse logistics or supply chain

• Experience managing complex projects in operational environments

• Fluent in English (Swedish is considered an advantage)

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or warehouse automation

• Experience from warehouse restructuring, optimization, or relocation projects

• Previous experience working in international organizations
