We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security (Governance, Risk, Compliance) Analyst to join a dynamic team. The GRC Analyst ensures the organization maintains a strong, scalable, and compliant security posture.

Proven change management skills.

Preferred Certifications: CISM, CISSP, CCISO, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementor/Auditor.

• Governance: Build structured cyber security practices aligned with organizational objectives.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor cyber security risks.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to global and local regulatory requirements.

• The position collaborates across functions to continuously improve services, processes, and the overall security culture.

• Develop and improve cyber security GRC frameworks.

• Maintain accessible governance structures and security steering documents.

• Conduct enterprise-level and operational risk assessments; maintain central risk registers.

• Develop and oversee audit and control testing schedules.

• Identify and implement more effective controls and processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage risks.

• Communicate complex cyber security topics clearly to all employees.

• 5+ years of experience in cyber security in a global enterprise.

• 3+ years in governance, risk management, and compliance.

• Relevant education in GRC, information security, or equivalent work experience.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and cyber security best practices (ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, NIST CSF, C2M2).

• Experience with auditors, security assessments, and certification processes.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.

• Experience driving security awareness and building security culture.
