The opportunityWe’re looking for a Talent & People Generalist to join our People team for a full-time parental leave cover. This is a temporary position starting in March 2026 and running until January 2027.

This 50/50 role combines Talent Acquisition and People Operations, with a focus on strong candidate and employee experiences and great people processes. You’ll join a highly engaged People team that collaborates closely and cares deeply about quality and impact. The team includes 1 Talent & People Generalist, 2 People Partners, 1 Workplace Manager, and the CHRO.

📍 Location: Central Stockholm (minimum 2 office days/week) 📣 Reporting to: CHRO (Stockholm-based)⏳ Duration: March 2026
