We’re now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team.
This is a role for someone who thrives in strategic customer partnerships, knows how to turn insight into action, and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders to drive measurable value. You will own relationships with key and complex customers, helping them realize long-term impact from working with Ingrid while also influencing our internal priorities through customer insight.
About the role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ingrid, you will act as a strategic partner to some of our most important customers. You will lead executive-level conversations, define success plans, support renewal and growth opportunities, and ensure customers see clear business value from their partnership with us.
