Help Finnish Households Take Control of Their Energy

At Greenely, we're on a mission to create the best customer experience for the modern energy consumer. We've recently expanded to Finland and are now looking for a Finnish Technical Support Agent to be the voice of Greenely for our Finnish customers.

As a Finnish Technical Support Agent, you'll help customers get the most out of our smart energy platform - from connecting devices and troubleshooting technical issues to explaining how our optimization features work. You'll be the expert our Finnish customers turn to when they need help.

What you'll do

  • Be the technical expert for Finnish customers: Handle complex technical inquiries about smart meters, battery storage, EV chargers, and energy optimization features.
  • Troubleshoot and solve: Diagnose issues with meter connections, app functionality, and device integrations - ensuring customers can maximize their energy savings.
  • Guide customers through onboarding: Help new customers connect their devices and understand how to use the Greenely platfor
