Global Marketing specialist

Do you want to work in an international environment where you can combine marketing, analytics, and partner collaboration? We are currently looking for a Partner Marketing Operations Specialist who wants to play a key role in developing and optimizing partner-driven marketing across the EMEA region.

You will work closely with the Global Partner Marketing Team, whose mission is to empower and activate the global partner ecosystem through collaborative marketing initiatives that drive demand, expand market reach, and enable mutual growth.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the operational processes behind partner marketing programs in EMEA. You will work closely with Partner Marketing Managers and the Channel Sales Team to ensure that programs and initiatives are scalable, efficient, and measurable.

You will play a central role in optimizing how partners engage with marketing resources, as well as tracking and analyzing the performance of partner-driven initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence & Process Development

Own the day-to-day operations of the MDF (Market Development Funds) program

Ensure efficient processes for managing and tracking partner activities

Identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and scalability

Performance Tracking & Analysis

Support the EMEA Partner Marketing Team in developing and monitoring KPIs

Analyze performance related to:

revenue contribution deal registration conversion rates ROI on partner initiatives

revenue contribution

conversion rates

ROI on partner initiatives

Provide reports and insights on program performance

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Channel Sales, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing

Ensure smooth collaboration across partner programs and marketing initiatives

Lead Management

Support the Partner Marketing Team in managing partner-driven leads

Ensure proper lead routing, tracking, and reporting

Your profileWe are looking for someone with experience in:

Channel or Partner Marketing

Program or project management in complex organizations

Driving process improvements and operational efficiency

You also have:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

Meritorious

Experience with partner platforms or CRM systems, such as Salesforce

Experience with budget management, MDF programs, or incentive programs

Communication skills in German

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant via Adecco, with the possibility of transfer to the client.
