Warehouse Specialist (Pharma/Biotech)

Responsibilities: Perform daily warehouse operations in compliance with GMP, including receiving, storage, sampling support, and dispatch of materials and finished goods. Ensure accurate inventory transactions and documentation within SAP. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely, including pallet movers and mobile racking systems. Conduct routine inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, ensure GDP/GMP compliance, and support internal/external audits. Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas and report any EMS alerts or abnormalities. Support warehouse process improvement initiatives and participate in safety/quality compliance activities. About You: 3 - 5 years of hands-on GMP warehouse experience in pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries. Proficient in SAP WM/EWM and Microsoft Excel (e.g., Vlookup, Pivot Table). Valid forklift license. Minimum Diploma qualification (or equivalent). Knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements and good documentation practices. Able to work independently with strong communication and teamwork skills. Duration: 6 months Office hours
