Job Summary Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operations, the Executive shall be responsible in executing ticketing operations and assigned event projects across FAS competitions and matches. The role ensures accurate ticket inventory management, smooth event delivery andeffective on-ground coordination across ancillary events. Working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors, the role supports the delivery of well-executed matchday and events operations. Core responsibilities include venue readiness, operational setup and teardown, risk identification and post-event reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to national team matches, league competitions and large-scale football events in Singapore. Job Description Ticketing Coordination Coordinate and execute ticketing operations with the appointed Ticketing Service Provide across FAS competitions and events, including (but not limited to): Singapore Premier League Singapore National Teams’ Games FAS-organised competitions and events Events at National Stadium, Jalan Besar Stadium, Bishan Stadium, OurTampines Hub or ActiveSG Stadiums Responsibilities include: Ensure ticketing readiness (system setup, allocations, reporting) Liaise on system configuration, operations and issue resolution Monitor sales and flag risks to pacing Maintain accuracy of ticket inventory across systems Track and coordinate stakeholder allocations (e.g. VIPs, partners, sponsorships) Ancillary Events Coordination Coordinate and execute assigned ancillary events in alignment with the Operations Assistant Manager, including (but not limited to): Singapore Premier League Awards Night Annual Congress Fan Zone/ Precinct Activations Press Conferences, Ceremonies and Special Events Responsibilities include: Source quotations and recommend vendors based on cost and value Act as on-site lead for assigned zones and vendor deliverables Make real-time decisions and escalate critical issues Coordinate setup with internal teams (Marketing, Commercial, etc) Conduct venue checks and ensure readiness Oversee setup and teardown Identify operational risks and support post-event reporting (Procurement approval and Purchase Order issuance remain governed by finance processes) Administration, Reporting and Documentation Provide administrative and documentation support across planning and execution phases,ensuring accuracy, organisation and audit readiness. Prepare checklists, runsheets, operational plans and post-event reports Maintain trackers, vendor/apparel registers and operations records Ensure proper document structure, version control and data accuracy Coordinate meetings, briefings and site visits Update event logistics and operational information Support internal submissions and workflow processes Provide regular progress updates Requirements Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Sports Management, Operations, or related field Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in vendor coordination and event execution(preferred) Experien
