Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work Check assigned activities at site and ensure quality and safety Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at the site. Gather, check site date, recording and monitoring of site work progress/ productivity. Liaise with design consultant to ensure completion of deliverables Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule. Liaise with design consultant to ensure completion of deliverables Procurement and estimating of trackwork materials. Requirements: Min Diploma/ Degree. Able to lead and work independently. Able to motivate in a challenging work environment. Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
