Description

· Oversee all activities related to procurement and manage e-procurement system. · Manage food catering vendors to ensure quality improvement and manage feedback from internal stakeholders. · Responsible for Home’s store and inventory including maintenance of equipment and building facilities matters. · Ensure compliance in workplace safety and health. · Ensure compliance of organisation’s PDPA policies. · Responsible for petty cash disbursements and ensure Finance matters related are in compliance with procedures. · Ensure all donations are accounted and submitted to HQ Finance & Donor Management. · Assist in Residents’ outings with care staff · Ensure timely submission and reporting of HES & RES matters. · Act as point of contact for Home related issues with relevant stakeholders. Requirements · Minimum Diploma in related discipline or its equivalent · Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity · Ability to work independently and in a team effectively. · Able to work in a fast-paced environment. · Comfortable to work in a male Psychiatric Rehabilitation Home · At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting · Only Singaporeans & Permanent Residents need apply COMPETENCY AND PROFICIENCY LEVEL Must-Have Competencies · Dangerous Goods (DG) Management
