Location: Raffles Place Duration: 12 months contract Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break Salary: Up to $6000 + 1 month completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Partner with internal teams to identify the pipeline of new initiatives and projects that require notations. Organize and track the pipeline, capturing readiness-for-approval data and other relevant information. Ensure an aligned and consistent pipeline view across internal teams and partners. Maintain and update project approval data and dashboards. Prepare the weekly management dashboard for projects (Pipeline, In‑Flight Projects, and Target Delivery views). Prepare the agenda and work with internal teams on content for the weekly Pipeline Deck Review cadence. Organize and manage the circulation of pipeline decks (investment proposals) for leadership review. Support pipeline education and training needs for internal teams. Support special initiatives, management forums, governance meetings, and workshops as required.
