Senior Security Officer (CCTV | Security Management | Access Control System)

Well Established Company Basic up to $2650 + OT + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: West Working hours: 12 hours rotating shift (8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am) Job Responsibilities: Supervision & Leadership Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates. Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance. Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel. Security Operations & Procedures Develop and implement security procedures and protocols. Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure from the MCR (Gate B). Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance. Safety & Incident Response Safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies. Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed. Coordinate closely with company management to address security needs and improvements. Job Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar supervisory security role. Knowledge of security operations, systems, and emergency response protocols.
