Description

Admin & Customer Service Officer Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric individual to provide essential administrative and logistics support for a variety of courses, events, and assessments. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all learners, from enrolment to course completion. Key Responsibilities: Offer exceptional customer service and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Assist with the administration and logistics of courses and events, ensuring smooth operations. Process enrolment applications and follow up on payments, refunds, and other financial matters. Provide day-to-day support to learners, ensuring they have everything they need for a successful learning experience. Collaborate with Programme Managers to ensure seamless delivery of courses and events. Maintain accurate records and reports, including follow-up on outstanding issues or requests. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: Minimum: ‘O’ Levels (including a pass in English); preferred: Diploma. At least 1 year of experience in administration, event management, or customer service. Strong customer service skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and proactively solve problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Good writing skills. Additional Information: Contract duration: 6 months Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Location: Tiong Bahru, Singapore.
