Job Summary You will handle front office duties, administrative tasks, and operational support to ensure smooth daily office functions and assist students, parents, and stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities Manage the General Office counter by attending to walk-in visitors and answering phone calls promptly Handle enquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders clearly and professionally Provide basic first aid for pupils with minor injuries such as small cuts and bruises Manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely distribution Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the General Office, Reception area, Storerooms, workspaces, and Sickbay Manage office supplies and distribute stationery efficiently to meet operational needs Perform administrative duties including filing, sorting, photocopying, and shredding documents accurately Support logistics and operations by packing and distributing materials and coordinating deliveries and collections Track and replenish first-aid supplies in the General Office and Special Rooms to maintain readiness Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support office operations Collaborate with team members by supporting and covering duties when required Adapt to rotation across front desk and backend administrative roles as needed Preferred competencies and qualifications Completed secondary school education or relevant working experience if secondary education is incomplete Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines Initiative-taking and ability to work independently under minimal supervision Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain order Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for document handling and record-keeping Preferably at least 3 years of experience in front office operations, administrative support, and school operational or logistical tasks Previous experience working in a primary school or educational environment is an advantage
