Document Review Officer (12-Month Contract) We are hiring a Document Review Officer on a 12-month contract. This role sits within the operations function supporting private banking client and plays a key part in ensuring accurate and compliant client account documentation. Key Responsibilities Review and validate client account documents submitted by internal stakeholders Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements Process account modifications and client updates in a timely manner Identify and track documentation deficiencies, and escalate issues when required Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to resolve queries Support remediation exercises, audits, and information requests Participate in process improvement initiatives and user acceptance testing (UAT) Requirements Diploma/Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant banking experience Prior experience in client documentation review / account maintenance / KYC within a banking environment Knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and QI regulations is highly preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proactive team player with strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
