Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager of the General Secretary’s Office, the Receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls, receiving guests, and providing administrative support to the General Secretary’s Office. The Receptionist will also assist with operational support during match days and other event days when required. Responsibilities Provide professional front-of-house experience Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently, screen and redirect calls appropriately Respond to visitor enquiries and provide assistance, where necessary Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries Upkeep and maintain the reception area, meeting rooms and common spaces Update internal telephone directory, where necessary Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensure they are clean, tidy, and ready for use Oversee the procurement of office and pantry supplies for the department, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for use Arrange courier dispatch when necessary Coordinate visitor and VIP parking arrangements where necessary Prepared to take on additional duties as they arise, showing your versatility and commitment to the team Job Requirements Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma or equivalent Relevant experience in front desk, reception, hospitality or customer service preferred Service-oriented, well-groomed and pleasant demeanor Able to handle enquiries, calls and guest interactions confidently Good work attitude and interpersonal communication skills Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments Basic computer literacy (e.g. MS Office
