IT Operation Support Specialist
Description
The IT Operations Support Specialist is to provide 24x7 support for data center running on 12 hours shift. Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting critical applications and system infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. This role involves real-time incident handling, routine system checks, adherence to operational procedures, and coordination with cross-functional support teams. Monitor and Manage Applications: Oversee and support operational applications such as ACS, CCTV, KMS, and other related systems to ensure optimal performance. Real-Time Incident Response: Respond promptly to system alerts, alarms, and incidents, taking appropriate actions to minimize downtime and service disruption. Routine System Health Checks: Perform daily health checks, batch job monitoring, and scheduled operational tasks to maintain system stability and availability. Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams according to established escalation procedures. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational logs, incident reports, and system records to ensure traceability and compliance. Execute SOPs: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system recovery, maintenance, and operational workflows. Compliance & Security: Ensure all operational activities adhere to policies, security protocols, and governance requirements.
