Curriculum Mapping Consultant (SSG Skills Framework)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly proficient Adult Educator or Curriculum Developer with specialized expertise in the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Skills Framework. In this role, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert responsible for mapping proprietary course curricula to SSG standards to support an upcoming Registered Training Provider application. Core Responsibilities & Technical Skills Curriculum Mapping & Alignment: Review, analyze, and accurately map existing course curricula to the specific Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs) within the relevant SSG Skills Framework. Competency-Based Assessment Design: Map and enhance existing assessment methods to ensure strict alignment with SSG’s competency-based assessment guidelines and validity requirements. Learning Needs & Content Analysis: Translate complex existing educational content into highly structured, SSG-compliant competency frameworks and learning outcomes. Regulatory Documentation: Develop, format, and organize comprehensive curriculum and assessment documentation required for SSG accreditation and funding approval. Mandatory Certifications To meet SSG regulatory requirements for this level of curriculum development, candidates must hold the following: WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance ( ACLP ) OR Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education ( DACE ). WSQ Certified Assessor qualification. Required Experience Direct, hands-on experience developing or mapping courses that have successfully achieved SSG funding or WSQ alignment. Advanced proficiency in applying the SSG Skills Framework and navigating the continuous education landscape in Singapore. Excellent analytical writing skills with a focus on educational compliance.
