Murex Datamart Prod Support Engineer.
Description
Must have Skill Set : Business Analysis-Process Analysis-Production/Shop Floor Management. Responsibilities: -Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Murex and GFM application's, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise. -Experience in Datamart. -Collaborate with the development team to identify and address system performance bottlenecks, optimize application configurations, and implement enhancements. -Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. -Monitor system health, analyze logs, and proactively identify and address potential problems. -To carry out Duty Support rotations among the team members. Also carry out weekend implementations for new product features when on duty week. Requirements: -Strong technical skills and experience in working with the Murex application, including knowledge of its various modules (e-tradepad, simulation, Limits, Livebook, Mxml, Datamart, etc.). -Proficient in Unix/Shell scripting and database management. -Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues. -Demonstrated ability to multitask XXXX XXXX effectively, with good communication skills. -Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
