RESPONSIBILITIES THE ROLE: Lecturer The Lecturer role is focused on delivering high-quality teaching, fostering student development, and advancing academic excellence within the institution. The position involves deg and delivering innovative programmes, contributing to research and knowledge exchange, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes and institutional reputation. This role also requires leadership in module and discipline coordination roles and active participation in academic planning and development initiatives. Preference will be given to those who can teach the following topics: Cognitive Psychology Research Methods in Psychology Personality & Health Psychology Key Responsibilities: Primary Teaching Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and workshops across a range of programmes, including certificate, diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Design, develop, and update curriculum and course materials in alignment with academic frameworks and quality standards. Assess and provide timely feedback on coursework, examinations, and other student deliverables. Support student learning and development by offering academic advice and guidance on career and further study opportunities.
