Software QA Engineer About the Role We are seeking a Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic system test team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our in-circuit test (ICT) systems, helping to shape solutions for tomorrow’s board test challenges. You will collaborate closely with hardware and software development teams to enhance product quality while driving innovation in test automation. Your Impact Develop and refine test cases based on use case documents and insights from developers and application engineers. Execute test cases, meticulously documenting results and findings. Maintain detailed records of testing activities, results, and identified issues for effective tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve software defects. Develop, modify, and maintain test automation scripts to enhance efficiency and test coverage. Continuously refine testing strategies , leveraging automation and industry best practices to optimize reliability and efficiency. Actively contributes to a high-performing team , maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications Basic Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. 3+ years of experience in system-level testing (strong candidates with slightly fewer years may still be considered). Hands-on experience with software defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Zephyr. Proficiency in software quality assurance and agile testing methodologies . Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of manufacturing test industry (highly valued). Familiarity with 3070 series ICT (preferred but not required). Experience in Eggplant test automation development (a plus but not mandatory). Note: 1 month retention bonus will be paid on annual basis
