Description

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to end-users across hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures timely resolution of technical problems, supports system maintenance, and contributes to a seamless IT experience for both onsite and remote users. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support across hardware, software, network, and mobile devices (onsite and remote). Manage IT inventory, documentation, and user onboarding processes. Support meeting room technologies, AV equipment, and perform basic server/network maintenance. Handle physical installations (e.g., switches, printers, server racking) and navigate large manufacturing sites independently. Requirements Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and iOS device support. Basic understanding of server/network troubleshooting and AV systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, large-scale environments.
