WPH - Senior Java Developer

Job Duties & Responsibilities Implement applications using JAVA/J2EE in N-Tier environment. Provide support to development projects throughout the project life cycle. Understands technical and functional design requirements. Assist in physical and logical database design. Create prototypes for client engagements. Designs, codes, and test technical solutions. Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions. Contribute to functional requirements and translate them into technical design and development projects. Document features, technical specifications and infrastructure requirements for self-produced technical work and job processes. Mentoring and guiding junior developers. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks given by the Project Manager/ Reporting Officer. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology. Proven minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Java Developer Responsible for web-based solutions development Strong knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, DHTML, client-side JavaScript, JavaServer Pages (JSP) Advance knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in Java environment. Knowledge of open standards (XML, LDAP etc) Experience with Adobe technologies, Oracle Web Centers, Adobe manager experience Ability to handle interruptions and multiple tasks. Strong oral and written communication skills.
