Description
Responsibilities: Work with infrastructure team to prepare servers for application installation. Prepare the SIT/UAT/Production environment setup, control-M job, R2W, sftp file transfer, Connect Direct, etc Independently install, configure and integrate software packages and programs based on product user guide manual ie. SSM VSS policy files, DN Proview SDEJ, Unisys CTL and SVS applications. Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues working with vendors and T&O colleagues from GIPS and TCOE in SIT and RORC in UAT testing. Involve in problem root cause analysis, review issue scenario and/or perform unit testing or issue simulation, where applicable. Able to understand complex and technically challenging system issues Development of process documents following Bank’s standard process ie. SDM5 Able to understand user requirements, functional specification and test design documents Make good logical decisions that support resolutions to technical challenges Provide comprehensive support to internal colleagues and vendors Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and reports as requested Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the banking industry Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external parties Able and willing to communicate with T&O technical support colleagues, vendors and business users. Requirements: Education: · Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field. · At least 10 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution. Essential: · You must be the experienced developer, with good experience in system integration/interfacing. · You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery. · Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project. · Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT. · You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover. · You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards. Key job role is: · Perform IT service delivery and project implementation as well as service maintenance activities for ATM, CTL, SVS software applications and other ATM supporting information systems ie. Proview SEJ SoftwareDistribution and Electronic Journal, a Diebold Nixdorf (DN) product. · Support ATM, CTL, SVS vendor code deployment, Unit Test, SIT and UAT coordination, ATM setup problem diagnostic, issue trouble shooting support, production deployment and post implementation support.
