The ideal candidate is a musically skilled, spiritually grounded educator who is committed to nurturing students’ technical growth and personal development. Instructional Excellence: ● Conduct music coaching sessions in accordance with Believer Music’s methodology and syllabus. ● Integrate inspirational elements into lessons, fostering a faith-centered musical journey. ● Ensure each student achieves the goal of 1 out of 1 ability to confidently perform. Coaching Performance & Student Outcomes: ● Maintain a

90% progression rate across student assessments and evaluations. ● Provide individualized guidance and motivation to students of varying skill levels. ● Submit timely and accurate Student Progress Reports . ● Participate in regular feedback sessions and progress reviews with the Head Coach. ● Attend all Believer Music corporate meetings and training sessions. ● Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure consistency and excellence. Requirements: ● Strong instrument proficiency with formal training or equivalent practical experience. ● Alignment with Believer Music’s mission and values, including comfort in delivering devotional content. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to student development. ● Team player with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in coaching. ● Worship-leading experience on the instrument is ideal ● Able to commit long term or to >2 year exclusive teaching contract with Believer Music ● >2 years experience playing in cell group/church/band ministry
